This video guides you through grouting your SnapStone porcelain tile installation. To grout, you will need a 5-gallon bucket, a sponge, grout float and a margin trowel. Use a margin trowel to mix your grout. The grout bucket is only half full so that you can mix in the liquid on top. Be sure all of the liquid on top into the grout. Grout in small sections within reach, in a six to nine foot area. As you pack the grout in, run the grout float diagonally across the joints. Never add water to the grout bucket. After you have added grouts to the joints in a small area, wipe down the area. Wipe down the whole area. Make sure the whole area is wiped down, a couple times. For the final wipe down, run the sponge diagonally. Use one side of the sponge per swipe. Flip it for the next swipe and then rinse the sponge. Using the same side for more than one swipe will only spread the product around, not clean it away. Light traffic is acceptable on the floor after 24 hours, and heavy traffic is fine after 72 hours. The grout can be stained within the first 7 days, so take caution to avoid permanent staining.
