Learn how to create an easy, do-it-yourself floating photo frame with this creative idea from Lowe's. Start with a 2'x2' piece of plywood and two 2'x2' pieces of acrylic. Stack the pieces of acrylic on the wood and clamp. Mark four spots 1 1/4" in from each corner. Drill slowly so you do not crack the acrylic. Drill holes through the marks you just made. Sand smooth. Add a cross support to the plywood. Position your photo in between the pieces of acrylic and attach with bolts.
